Business oriented Marketing Manager in Helsinki

Ferratum Group was established in Finland in 2005. Today we are the market leading provider of unsecured consumer loans currently operating in 13 European countries, employing 100 professionals. Our aim is to become the leading global mobile micro loan company by 2014. We are now searching for a business/marketing oriented MARKETING MANAGER to enhance our marketing effectiveness in all countries. Duties: You are responsible for our micro loan service: • to make the optimal balance between online & offline, tactical & long term marketing • to lead and manage group marketing team • to help and coach country managers to create and execute their marketing plans • negotiations with marketing agencies and distribution channels • to give structure, ideas and tools to enhance country and group level marketing Education and work experience: You hold a commercial/business diploma (BBA/MBA or equivalent). This position requires you to have experience in at least 2 of the following areas: 1) experience of marketing planning and execution for B2C 2) international working background 3) familiarity for online and offline marketing 4) experience of leading a team Skills: You are good with numbers, thorough, innovative, customer understanding and trustworthy. You are willing to take responsibility for the development of our business and able to see the big picture. You are not afraid to work independently and face unexpected situations or new challenges. You are able to work under pressure and still remain calm and creative. You are outwards going, convincing and verbal. We also wish you to be flexible with you working hours if needed. You are aware of the latest trends in B2C marketing field. Your working place is located in Helsinki or Tallinn. In case it is Tallinn you are ready to visit Finland regularly and the other countries as much as needed to achieve the targets.
