Academic Resource is looking for several Service Desk Operators for our client in Brussels.
Our client is a worldwide ICT-service provider with an excellent reputation. As their activities grow constantly, they are looking for IT-juniors who are pursuing a great career in IT. You need to be able to speak one Scandinavian Language (or see below) and advanced English.
Jobdescription:
You will start your career with a one-month training which will give you sufficient knowledge about the systems which you will support. After that you will help customer with their hard and software issues. When needed you will escalate this problem timely to a higher level. As an Service Desk Operator, you will promote the solution to the customer. You will work in a young, dynamic and international environment.
Profile:
We are not looking for experienced technicians, because you will get a training that is already paid. More important is your attitude and your personality, along with excellent language skills. You speak very good English and one of the following languages: German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Danish or Norwegian, Swedish.
You are willing to work in a shifts system.
